Refund policy

Right of cancellation and returns:

According to the Consumer Protection Act, the consumer customer has the right to cancel the online transaction within 14 days. The right of of cancellation does not apply to companies or entities.

Products returned during the right of cancellation are returned in Finland via Posti or Matkahuolto or alternatively by returning the product in person. Before returning, the customer must contact the seller for customer return instructions. The product to be returned must be in the same condition as it was delivered. You can get to know and try the product as it would be possible in a store, but you must not put the product into use. If the product has been put into use or if the condition of the product is worse than it was when it was delivered, the customer loses the right to cancel the transaction. Nordic Watches has methods to identify if the product has been put into use during the cancellation period. When the condition of the product has been found to be faultless, the purchase amount will be returned to the customer by using the original payment method. The customer is responsible for the costs of the return.
