Shipping policy

Delivery time and methods.

Order processing time is 1-3 days and delivery time in Finland is 2-5 working days. There may be exceptions to the delivery time if the order is placed during the holidays. Delivery inside Finland is primarily done as a tracked package via Posti, Matkahuolto, DHL or UPS. In the Lahti area, pick up or delivery is also possible, but this must be agreed with Nordic Watches separately.

If the chosen delivery method is pick up, it must be picked up in 5 working days, after which the order will be canceled automatically.

Delivery outside of Finland and the EU is primarily done via DHL or UPS as a trackable package.
