General conditions:
The following terms and conditions apply to the business relationship between Nordic Watches and its customers.
Nordic Watches reserves the right to change these terms and conditions by unilateral decision without prior notice. All orders are subject to the terms and conditions valid at the time of ordering, which appear on these pages. Changes in the law enter into force immediately as such, unless otherwise stipulated in the law. A binding sales contract enters into force when the order has been accepted by Nordic Watches in writing or orally.
Nordic Watches is not responsible for damage caused by force majeure. A force majeure is considered to be an unforeseen circumstance or a change in circumstances that is beyond Nordic Watches' influence and that Nordic Watches cannot reasonably overcome. Nordic Watches is obliged to notify the customer of a force majeure that has occurred to it as soon as possible.
Ordering and payment methods:
Products are ordered in the online store by moving them to the shopping cart and paying for them at the time of ordering. After successful ordering, you will receive an order confirmation and receipt for your payment by e-mail. All customer information is treated confidentially. The information requested in connection with the order is only used to deliver and process the order. When ordering from the online store, you are required to familiarize yourself with and agree to the delivery conditions valid at any given time. All used products we sell are subject to the marginal tax procedure. In the marginal taxation procedure, the price does not include deductible tax. (Act on Value Added Tax § 79 a, EU Council Directive 2006/112/EC).
Payment service provider
Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider for online bank payments and Mobilepay and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.

Warranty:
We inspect all the products that come to us. If the product is in immediate need of maintenance, it will be done. Maintenance history of each product, if known, will be mentioned in the product describtion. If the product comes with a warranty period it will also be mentioned in the product describtion.
With watches the warranty does not cover the bracelet, crystal, water resistance or damage caused by misuse of the watch.
Most of the products we sell are decades old and we expect them to be used accordingly. The products do not correspond to new similar products. Their operation is also dependent on the age of the product and correct handling. The products have been in use for a long time and they always have marks and wear caused by use and age.
Validity:
The contract terms are valid until further notice and Nordic Watches reserves the right to change these contract terms.
Disagreements:
If the disagreement regarding the sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer can refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi).
Before taking the case to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the magistrates' consumer advisory service (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
